The Tasting

The snifter on the left has Maker’s Mark while the one on the right is unaged distillate, basically watered down 120 proof moonshine. The Maker’s Mark was great–even Sarah liked it–but the clear stuff was extremely harsh. It really helped us appreciate the work that goes into the finished bourbon.
